Let us take you on a sea voyage to discover fish cookery! Learn how to properly break down and filet whole fish like Atlantic Salmon, Rainbow Trout, and Striped Sea Bass. Our Chef will introduce you to different cooking methods and you will also learn how you make accompanying sauces to compliment each fish.

What Do I Bring to Class?
Nothing! We will provide all the tools needed to complete this one day workshop. Each student will also take home a recipe book to try your skills at home!
For cooking classes, we ask that our students please wear closed-toed shoes and tie back long hair. Things can get messy in the kitchen and our kitchens floors can become very slippery -- safety is our priority. Each student will be given an apron to protect clothing.
This course is held in the kitchens of the historical Allison Mansion at 4207 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Guests are welcome to use our FREE gated parking lot directly off of Walnut Street between 42nd and 43rd Streets. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please enter the main entrance to be directed to your course by a College representative.
